Forms and Information for Patients
From the first time you walk into the office you see that Concierge Podiatry is different - a medical office in a setting that emphasizes patient comfort.
Concierge Podiatry is the culmination of many years' experience discovering and refining the best options for caring for patients. Patients quickly understand that Concierge is committed to providing exceptional care, with increased emphasis on listening and asking more questions. The model for most podiatry practices has been to minimize patient/doctor time, to quickly identify and treat a specific patient complaint. That's not the Concierge Podiatry approach.
Patients may present with one specific complaint, but through extensive review and careful examination, other, sometimes multiple medical concerns, may be the cause of a patient's issue. At Concierge Podiatry our goal is to spend enough time to carefully understand each patient's specific concerns, often more than one. Through careful diagnosis, Concierge is committed to treating the whole patient, not just a single issue.
At Concierge, we welcome new and returning patients.
- For new patients, we take time to collect a complete medical history and perform the medical evaluation that makes it possible to correctly diagnose and recommend appropriate treatment options.
- At each follow-up visit, we carefully assess treatment progress, update medical history and review progress to meeting patient goals and objectives.
